Samples & Returns Policy

We understand that you may want to see a sample of your chosen promotional merchandise to check the quality before confirming your order. We're happy to arrange promotional giveaway samples however due to the nature of our business we have a few procedures in place.

We recommend that you look through our site and chat to our team to get all relevant pricing and promotional product details first.

All promotional product samples have various pricing fees please inquire with one of the team. You can purchase the sample if you prefer. if you decide you want to keep the sample a tax invoice will be issued.

We recommend strongly that you view a sample prior to placing an order.

For any returns, please contact us for the correct return address.

Payment Terms and Conditions

All branded promotional product must be paid for prior to despatch from our factory. We do not offer accounts to anyone until they have become a regular customer.

Once you have become a regular customer and require an account from us, our terms are strictly 20th of the month and an application form will be provided to you from our accounts department.

Payments by credit card are available, however a 3% surcharge will apply to cover the processing fee.
